I purchased patio furniture on July 13, 2021 from Koustar. I thought it was a legit website business through Facebook advertising. I bought my item through Paypal thinking I was safe. I found out from calling FedEx that they delivered my package to a totally wrong address and person if it even ever got delivered. Fed Ex pretty much says well they delivered it not their problem. PayPal is no help I put in a dispute told the seller exactly what happened. I then waited the waiting period through Paypal to submit a claim. They have closed all my disputes and claims as of today. I called ******** that I have linked to my paypal she said she recorded my conversation with her. I see that the refund policy and contact info has been removed from Koustars' site which they claim is Walmart clearance center. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!
