I ordered May 7 it’s June 11 and still no tracking # but they do respond with it’s at the post office it has shipped! I order $118.00, I’m gonna report it with pay pal they’re usually good at refunding money! Kovogue needs to be [censored] down if no one’s getting their items it’s a pandemic and no one had money to loose, I’ve been outta work since 2019 fighting breast cancer !

I place a purchase with this company that I came across online it looked legit their website was secure with the lock. I place order on April 14th 2021it was processed on April 15th they took the money thru PayPal and I received a email saying my items has been shipped but I still haven’t received anything the tracking number they keep giving me never existed. I have email this company jus about twice a week they respond days later and still give me this fake tracking info snd once you enter the info they give me it comes up false information. I have informed them about the tracking info don’t exist and I asked several times for my money back but they refuse to comply and AGAIN tell me it’s on the way with the SAME info. After reading the reviews I came across several customers saying they never received their items from this company. So right now it’s been over a month and as of jus morning they still sending me a no existing tracking. I felt it’s time to report this company because this company is known to take people money and give fake info. There’s no number to reach them I try searching hard only emails. Please help me

Same thing that happened to me Smdh ... I told them to refund me they refuse too...telling me the shoes was shipped but the tracking number will not work for me til it’s reaches my city .. sounds like bull[censored]... then they offered a discount code ...I’m like no refund me... still nothing ...site is the worst
