Attempted to contact merchant multiple times b/c my package was sitting at the warehouse for over a month not moving. I had USPS open a case and they couldnt find anything. The merchant is saying they are resending package but Ive made it clear I want a refund not the items. Merchant is either ignoring me or making excuses to prolong this scam they have going on. PLEASE SHUT THIS “business” down & hold them accountable for all the money they are taking.

Company sells fake Easential Hoodies and their website return policy is misleading. States 30 days return policy on ALL items but in fine print states that sale items are final. The website only sell 1 item that is always marked sale. Therefore no one ever qualifies for a refund.
