Back in January, 2021 I did a consultation with KeAna Pratt for credit repair service. She provided me with her Zelle info for payment for the consultation prior to. Her zelle account provided was associate with her phone number payment went through successfully. Fast forward March, 2021 she reached out to me to see if I still needed credit repair. I agreed to go ahead and start the process. I chose my credit repair package. She told me that I would need to send my payment over. I attempted to send $900 to her original Zelle account. I immediately received a confirmation that KeAna’s Zelle was closed, and zelle would need to reach out to her to re-open it. Took a screenshot of the confirmation I received, Showed it to KeAna. She then provided me with information for a Second Zelle account associated with her email, told me to send the money to that account. I sent over $900. Fast forward a couple days later I realized that the first zelle account I attempted to send $900 to was verified by KeAna Pratt her self. Making that a total of $1800 that was sent over to Miss KeAna. I immediately got in contact with her she told me that she only received one payment, but on my end two payments showed up as received to both Zelle accounts. I reached out to my bank and they confirmed that she received both payments. I provided this information to KeAna with Proof. She refused to refund me my $900, kept my full $1800, and didn’t complete my credit repair service. She told me not to contact her anymore. My bank told me that I could not dispute zelle payments. I have proceeded to file legal charges against KeAna.
