so they came down to 350. We agreed id send half now and the other half upon delivery of puppy. She sent pics and videos(all fake) to make me further fall in love with the puppy. She assured me they were potty trained, registered, all shots current. Even spayed and neutered. I sent half thru paypal,but it wouldn't go thru(1st red flag ) i told her i better hold off and rethink for a few days. She still proceeded to contact me telling me all kind of lies to further entice me and trust her. I felt i had a repore with her so when she sent me a pic of her drivers license to further trust her. She sent me an email and said to send thru friends and family this time. I felt at that point i could trust her and i did send 175,. I gave her a delivery date and upon me telling her once i had the dog id send the rest. Upon that day, her tune had changed, pressuring me with lies saying she needed to send the rest to cover vet costs and couldn't get the puppy delivered on time if i didnt. I was busy working and told her so but she was persistent. I had already bought puppy supplies and didnt want to miss the delivery time so i crumbled and sent the rest . I rushed home to prepare and delivery time came and went, and i knew at thay point, i got scammed especially when she wouldn't reply back, then blocked me! Paypal cant refund me because it was thru friends and family. Facebook cant help because it was a third pzrty transaction. The local sheriff wont help me either. I cant even recoup from the FDIC! They have done this to others from what ive read and i filed an IC3 with psypal, they were no help whatso ever. Ive reported them to FTC and Consumer protection. Her license is being fraudulently used and the numbers and emails are all fake.
