When I said that I wanted control of my site when they were done and I didn't want to pay a high monthly fee, they blocked my calls and didn't respond to my emails for a month. I had to *67 my calls for them to answer. They would either hang up on me or send me in circles of who to talk with to resolve my issue. Jonathan Wick, the employee in charge of billing, gave excuses that he didn't have authorization to reimburse or he would get back to me in a few days.
Most, if not all, phone calls with the Delaware area code (302) were actually calls from Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. Their employees in India use common American names as pseudonyms, instead of their real names (e.g. Jonathan, Ken, Allen, Max, Anna, Brad).
