I ordered online magnetic lashes from an advertisement on TikTok. I changed my mind and as soon as I received the product, I wanted to return it. Their only means of contact is an email address. I did not open package and according to their website I have 30 days. I have been emailing them everyday for weeks and have not received any replies.
