Krakens collection is a scam. They sell products they to t have and charge you up front for your purchase and not just an authorization on your card. They never ship your merchandise and keep your money. They refuse refunds and changed their return policy to say store credit only after I had ordered and not received any merchandise for two years. Nothing on their website is real.

I ordered 90+ dollars worth of items well before Christmas, which as of 12/29 has not shipped, with no indication of when it will. The excused given was "Delays at Funko" which was bull, as I found the exact items on Amazon.com within minutes. They do not answer emails in any sort of timely fashion, they do not give straight answers, they do not in any way help the customer, and they are an absolute scam. Do not waste your time or money.

I ordered three collectible items on the website with a mint guarantee. It says on the page I ordered the items on that it is a mint guarantee, unless specified otherwise. Nowhere on that page or the website does it say that these items I ordered are exempt from the mint guarantee. When I received the items one of the box had a big rip in the box meaning it wasn’t mint and the damage didn’t occur during shipping as they were packaged very securely. I’ve reached out to them to ask for a refund or replacement and are now telling me they will only give me back a very partial refund of the one item and that it is exempt from the mint guarantee even though it says nowhere on the website that that’s the case.
