ordered a crockpot for my granddaughter and never heard any reply and the phone number was not real. They did charge the credit card and the phone number that they provide states , they have had several calls to their business number and states people have been scammed by this company

I was comparing price for a Grill Pan and online it was coming as lowest on their website. I made an account, during check out, I put my debit card details in and placed the order. I haven't got any order confirmation email, their number is not working, they are not responding to my email when I advised them to close my account on their site and cancel the order. They haven't charged me off of my debit card but it looks like it is a scam. I can't even cancel my order on the website, it just shows order pending.
