Called chime 1800 number ,for help about an issue i had,about bouncing my pay to credit cards, i fell 100s behind bc they kept reversing my payment!! spoke to repersinitve, got off phone money was stolen did not give any authorization to move or take money out! Minutes later all my holiday pay was stolen!! 485.00 dollars i immediately called chimes 1800 number back and asked why, filed a dispute on dec 7th 2023 i was at janet wise children hospital that week with my ill son, i did not use or give anyone it. I called chime 6 times already thwy refuse to give me my money back, all so contacted on lone was told, i would get help have several snap shots of others too being scammed! I told them i would go to police and bbb, for help i am single mother of 3 children that was my holiday pay!! Sick child in janet wise for god sake!! Still no help with chime called today at 6:20 pm ish and was told i will not get my money! Please help me!!
