I bought a replica Predator costume for $3600 USD from Pete Mander ("KRE8FX") years ago but never received it. He made promise upon promise yet never delivered. Recently, on March 15, 2016 - I gave Mr. Mander another chance to make things right and pay me back, in which he wrote back immediately and promised to pay. I wrote him back, yet got no response. I wrote Mr. Mander twice more and have heard nothing from him. I know for sure that I'm not the only one he did this to (have proof) and fear that he will continue doing this to other innocent people until he is stopped once and for all. Please help!
