I reached out via their website. Was told they have two puppies in MN and three in NJ. Said they needed my name and contact info and a refundable deposit to see them. I foolishly fell for it and used Zelle. Then they requested more money and I declined. Then they changed their Zelle so it can no longer send funds.

Website claimed to be both nonprofit rescue organization for dogs and an AKC breeder of Maltipoos, which is not a thing. AKC only certifies pure breeds. I was sent a photoshopped AKC certificate with the name Anthony Cassell Khan. The website also indicated they are a family-owned business, offering grooming, training, and pet sitting. It stated their puppies were checked multiple times a week by their vets, which also did not make sense. The address given turned out to be a residential home, not a business. I contacted them to view a puppy, but was told by text and phone that I had to give a $450 deposit to make a reservation to see a puppy. I was told I would be refunded if I got there and didn’t want it.

A search of ScamPulse.com showed similar complaints about this person, using different websites. He come up under the name Citi Puppy.
