They claimed people were using my ip address resulting in my personal information getting out. They had 3 plans. 1 year plan, $179.00, 3 year plan, 279.00, permanent plan, 500.00. I purchased 1 yr plan. The next day i requested a refund per their policy, and the only way they would give me my money back was if i logged into my bank account and hit accept money when they refunded. When i would not do it, they wanted to give me 1748.00 and said all i needed to do was to go get a gift card for 500.00 for them, and i could keep the rest of the money. I said no and stated this was the craziest thing ive ever heard of

He then told me he would lock up my computer if i didnt go get the gift card. Again, i said no and he hung up on me. I immediately contacted my bank and told them the story.
