I booked 8 sessions for $300 and something dollars. I have to pull my bank records to get the actual amount I only did one session. When trying to book another session, she was not responding to me. She finally responded weeks later and said shops no longer open and she's moving to New Haven. I told her that was to far for me and asked her for a refund. She said ok and told me I'll see the refund right after the new year. The whole month of January passed and I had no refund. I called her several times, she did not answer.
I send her an email and she responded days later stating that I would see my refund within that same week and the reason why I haven't seen it yet was because she had to give me a partial refund and the credit card system she uses was giving her a hard time due to being a partial refund. However, she assured me I'd get it the week of February 26th 2022. I never got anything. Since then, I've been emailing and calling and she has not responded.
I asked one of the workers who worked for her if he has he seen her and I told him what she did to me. He told me he is no longer working with her because she did the same thing to his friend who requested a refund and never gave her the money back.
Obviously this woman is a scam artist. She's taking people's money and not giving it back. She's also scamming Groupon because she's placing her ad on their site and telling her customers she'll give them the same Groupon rate as long as they book through her and not through Groupon so she doesn't have to give them a cut.
I tried to reach out to Groupon to report her, but you can only contact them through chats and they did not understand what I was saying I got nowhere with them.
