I saw a post on instagram for Cold Water Canyon and made a purchase. After not receiving the items I reached out and Becky <[email protected]> is who I have been emailing. The order placed on 10/31 did not come. They told me that it was shipped on 11/19 and I needed to check with family and neighbors to see who signed for it. I had explained that there was someone at the house all day and that no package was delivered. Then they told me that sunglasses had been delivered and that I had to find those and send those back and that they had a loss of money because of said glasses. The last email said that they would give back 10% refund. I had contacted the store Cold Water Canyon and they said it was most likely a scam.</[email protected]>
