I ordered 4 items from this company and the description of the items were not the same as what I received. One item was a 6 dollar item I could purchase from a local store for under 6 dollars. When I reached out to the company I told them this is not what I ordered and since I had the sense to take a picture of my purchase receipt. I compared the two items and they do not come close to matching. Again I took photos of things. When the company which is only an email address was contacted I gave them all the information. And they replied with take this item in replacement but for me to lose 34.99 for a below $6 item was not ok. Their return policy states that they will give a full refund if not satisfied to if the item was defective. And since the item ordered is not what was received I asked for the full refund to which they replied they wouldn’t give me a refund and the warehouse said I have the correct item. So I have emailed every single day to the customer service and I repeatedly ask for a full refund. I have all email transmission.
