I went on their website and found the products I needed it. I proceeded to check out. Enter my credit card information click submit took the payment and that was on April 13 and it still hasn’t updated the process and information hasn’t shipped. I’ve sent several emails and I’ve got no response.

I ordered a gazebo cover from this vendor. When I went to pay, it said my credit card purchase was pending for 2 days, although my credit card website did not show any pending transaction for this vendor. When I checked back today, it said I needed to approve the transaction, but instead of charging my credit card, it ended up purchasing a Pay Pal Gift Card! I then got an email from Pay Pal that the gift card was send to a totally different email address: [email protected] . I emailed the vendor but never got a response. The whole transaction was fishy, but I did not realize until I received an email from Pay Pal saying the gift card was sent to [email protected] that this was a scam. I went onto the website and cancelled the order in hopes of getting a refund and an email, but I never received an email saying my order was cancelled!!!
