I was looking for a family puppy for my two children and had came across krystalgoldendoodles.com! I immediately fall in love with a puppy on her website named "Whiskey". Everything seemed legit! Price point was a little high to me, but I needed something small and hypoallergenic, so I was willing to pay the extra. I emailed through the website for extra information regarding the puppy. I received an email back regarding that "Whiskey" was indeed available and to my surprise she could ship him for an extra fee of 380! We both continued to email back and forth just asking questions ex.. what food were the puppies on, how big will whiskey get, does whiskey need a crate.. With a lengthy conversation with my husband, we decided that whiskey was our puppy and we would pay the price "literally". I emailed stating we would take the puppy and what was the means of funds. She had emailed back stating she only accepts wire transfer through the bank. She emailed me all the information and I went too the back on June 30 2021 to transfer her 1800 USD. She stated that once the funds went threw, she would ship the puppy asap. The next day, I had emailed her bright and early asking for the details on the shipping as the closet airport to me is about a hour away. She emailed back saying she was actually on her way and she would email me all the information once everything was said and done. About 3/4 hours goes by and I still have not heard from her- so I email her asking if everything was okay. She emailed me this huge email saying that yes everything was fine but the crate did not pass safety and that this "pet lounge relocators" would get in contact with me regarding a crate in order to ship the puppy. The pet relocators indeed emailed me which 3 choices of theses "thermal crates" that I would have to choose in order to have my puppy shipped. Please keep in mind theses crates the cheapest was 2400 CAD- but you do get 98% back!. In the email is stated that once you have chosen your crate to please call and set everything up. I called this number and stated that I feel like this is not my responsibility as I was under the impression that my puppy came with a crate as the seller did not mention anything about this. He said well did you pick a crate. I said no because this is not my respnsibilty. He than says you get in contact with the seller and call me back. At this point, I am bawling thinking my poor puppy is at some shipping depot ready to come home. I think reach out to the seller-- stating that I feel like this is not my responsibility as you stated that the puppy came with a crate. Why do I have to by 2400 CAD upfront for this crate?.. Her reply back was she did not have that kind of money and that I would have to pay for it. I emailed back saying- neither do I, its a holiday here and even if I had the means I wouldn't be able to send any money til the next day. I called the pet relocators and said I had spoken the the seller and she is not willing to pay for the thermal crate as she does not have the funds. I said well do you take Visa as once again this is a holiday in Canada- I will not be able to get to a bank til tomorrow. He said we are not a holding facility and we need the puppy come asap. I emailed the seller again and said please can you just pay and I can pay you back tomorrow.? She than email back asking if Canada has a Bitcoin ATM. Then something finally clicked. I went to go email her back and she had blocked me. I called the pet locators and told him that the seller blocked me and he said that he would call her and than call me back.. This was July 1st. I googled theses thermal crates and the first thing that pops up is scam scam scam. Would I like my money back? Sure! But it was much more than this. My poor daughter was a support puppy to help with her OCD, anxiety and depression. Now, we are out a fair chunk of money, heart broken kids and no puppy to love.
