Concert tickets were offered at a marked up price but not as marked up as the big scalpers. Seller would only accept Venmo (I asked for Paypal for purchase protections). Told them I wasn't comfortable so they said send half, then they'd send the tickets then I could pay the balance. I did and then never heard from them again. I feel people will fall for this since they gave a fair sounding compromise for paying half first. I hope others do not fall for this as well.
