This website has barber and hair stylest equipment for half the price retailers sell the same products for. It seemed to good to be true. But at such a low price I had to take a chance. So I ordered 1 product. And to my surprise I noticed on my bank statement 2 days later that I was charged for 2 products. So I contacted the company with no luck getting a response cause they only have an email address. Finally after a month of waiting for my products. I received a weird package. Inside was a tiny little USB flash drive for a computer. I contacted the email address again this time threatening to involve the authorities if they didn't fix the issue. The next day I was surprised to see I had an email from them saying they would resend the correct items and they were sorry for the mistake that there warehouse computers made but it would be resolved immediately. Following that email was another one with a new tracking number that was only able to be tracked thru a private company which I later came to believe was actually just the same people cause 3 weeks later when I checked on the location of my package it said it had been delivered with no acceptance and would be returned to sender. Then when I tried calling the post office they said that no packages had been delivered to me. And then 2 days later the information on that website with my tracking number didn't exist and no one would answer my emails at kshatn.com. they robbed me for almost $250. And now I have no way to get my money back and I don't know what else to do. I didn't know that I should check to see ifba company online was accredited by the ScamPulse.com before buying anything from them. I hope you can stop them before they can get other people
