Initially there was a pop up alert on my laptop and my computer froze so i had to call the phone number. They took $50 from me and they wanted more but didnt do anything to my laptop. Then i called them to cancel and they hadnt done anything so afterwards the original guy kept calling me back asking to update the software that he never installed and i refused to let him touch my laptop so he said F U and hung up on me.
