I played with deposited money and rack back and won $1800. I went to withdraw and was told that they needed a picture of my debit cards last 8 numbers, which I foolishly provided. Then they told me that the bank I chose for withdraw wasn't one that they worked with, I tried another debit card...same thing, and yet another same thing. This went on for a couple of days and then I asked if pay pal was acceptable and provided that info...keep in mind they have at this point obtained 4 bank account and routing numbers, they also have my name, last 4 of my social, my address, phone number, email and date of birth..oh and my license number. Now when I was almost out of with-drawl options, I remembered that I had a Skrill account, which fr those that are not aware, is designed for this transactions of this nature. That was brought up and then they flipped it and said that since some of my winnings were won using my rake back... ( a percentage of my deposits) (money you CAN'T get without depositing) I was not eligible to withdraw. So I have played on a few different online casino's and what typically happens is if you check your balance it will say, balance -$X & then withdraw-able balance $X this wasn't the case. And even more concerning is the copious amount of information that they obtained. Yes, one could say that blinded by my fictitious winnings, I willingly handed over this info, however they fact that Kuddo's Casino is acting in a deceptive manner would be my argument. A couple of weeks after I noticed a lot if odd charges on my apple pay, 1.99, 2.09. 3.99 ....and the list goes on, all charges were made at 3 am 4 am. I called apple and they had me install this app on my phone, basically went through everything and told me that my information was showing all around, in China, in Europe! This "company" needs t be stopped, people need to be made aware, its not just the monetary aspect, its all of our info is sold, given out...
