I purchased a sweater on this website based on the pictured image and review of the product details. After receiving the product it was not as advertised and I followed the return policy instructions listed on the website. After I sent the first email, I gave all relevant information and images they requested in the hopes that they were processing the return. I have since received 3 emails asking me to keep the product because it will cause them loss and it will be expensive to ship back and the latest email stating it would take 1-2 months, if it doesn't get lost in transit, and I will only get a 10% refund. I have requested the return instructions 3 times and they are not providing them and I assume they intend to not provide the instructions or a refund.
