Received call that I owe them money for a subscription I never cancelled. I received product once and have a payment on my credit card as such. They claim I have not paid the monthly subscription and am now going to debt collection. I have never received any other product. They refuse to send me bill. They refused to put it in writing. They refused to send an email with the details. They just ask for my credit card to close the account. I asked for an email address so I could contact them and verify them - they refused. I asked for a call back number and they refused. I called the caller ID back and of course it came back "not in service". Verbally they provided my old address and a credit card no longer in use. They had my correct email address. I asked again for everything in writing again they refused. The guy's name is "James Diaz" that called. Some of the information did sound correct, but they fact they would not put anything in writing or allow me to call them back put me on alert. I am actually scared they will keep calling - they have called from two 623 numbers today, which is my local area code, but neither number actually works when I try to call them back

I bought a free sample had to pay shipping but then the website tricks you into purchasing more items without even knowing it. That was 2 weeks ago and today I have a 94.90 purchase on my debit card thst I did not authorize. The company you won't email you back and the phone number does nothing. Says it isn't taking calls due to covid blah blah. I just want my money back and to never hear of this again. Had to cancel my debit card and get a new one because of this.
