The KUWAIT DRILLING CO. K.S.C.C. has just completed an assessment for a plant expansion, in compliance with Kuwait Vision 2030. To achieve this project goal, our management is seriously searching for a reliable and trustworthy agent (individual or Company) to manage a contract supply of drilling polymers required, from any good manufacturer and deliver to our project site in the Kuwait Kingdom.

Accordingly, our management will set up a regional office in your country, although a temporarily rented office, and you will be in charge of this (Representative office) where you are expected to handle (KDC) affairs' day-to-day tasks effectively and efficiently. We officially write to acknowledge the receipt of your application dated 11-20-2023 regarding your expression to participate in the recruitment process for the International Supply Agent to our esteemed respectful company (Kuwait Drilling CO. K.S.C.C.) from your residence country including your relevant documents/credentials attached has been duly noted. First of all KDC would like to express her deepest appreciation for giving you more details about the forthcoming contract and further steps toward achieving the aims of the project. Based on (2030) recommendations for future energy demand forecast, a feasibility study has been established for expansion of gas compression processing units, involving a pipeline system to return residue gas for re-injection with a total capacity of 615,000 barrels per day to meet complex diversified requirements of the world oil market. Kindly be informed that Kuwait Drilling Co. (KDC), in this latest project has been long completed and now ready for the Projects Review Committee (PRC) review and appropriate action.

With procurement clearly a key area of focus within our company. KDC is prospecting the market to identify key suppliers who have capacity to supply on an efficient and reliable basis the called _OBM Viscosifier (Pandrill-5) which is required for this ongoing project or its equivalent can be considered. Kindly note an estimated (25'000 liters per month is needed). Kuwait Drilling Co. (KDC) shall contract you for one-year, and your major role is to source and establish with potential manufacturer of such drilling lubricants throughout the Middle-East manufactures excluding all (_INDIA & Panama Petrochem Ltd_) which are not good for project execution as recommended and approved by the management that the Middle East region has the best and natural gelling agent needed for the Project and establish commerce with a reliable supply partner on a monthly consistent basis or upon request by its subsidiary ensuring flow of supply on time in safe and sound condition.

Further, please understand and accept that the required drilling fluid deliveries must be organized on a monthly consistent basis or upon request ensuring flow of supply on time and safe condition. Note, it's your sole responsibility for inspecting the goods at the manufacturer's factory/factories as minimum two days before its shipment to Kuwait. Yes, we accept that KDC will take care of agent travel costs from your country to the manufacturer's factory/factories.

Please understand and accept that the International Representative office must be established as a regional office, although a rented apartment, furnished and registered under the Kuwait Drilling Company in your country or any other appointed region by KDC management. Such an office will be provided with assisting staff, all needed IT equipment and software for a (1) year needs. The office team will consist:

1 - Certified Agent (Chief)
2 - Chief Assistant
3 - Office secretary
4 - Office accountant

Please understand and accept that the office staff members will be recruited locally by you and all office monthly expenses will be paid and covered from the Regional Office's bank account opened in your country or residence once you sign the contract with KDC management and this bank account will be replenished by KDC from the $5 USD per liter monthly commission earning worth $125'000 USD every month. It's important to note that after the signing of contract hard copies in Kuwait, the management of KDC will transfer to the Regional Office's bank account in your country/residence the sum $321'494,80 USD (which is equal to 100'000 Kuwait dinars) with purpose to facilitate the establishing of office in your country and note this sum will not be used as cover of running the expenses of the Regional Office rather from the $5 USD per liter monthly commission earning worth $125'000 USD every month.

Please understand and accept that the Agent must train and keep in high competence the assisting staff to ensure fulfillment of contracted services in case the Agent becomes unexpectedly incapacitated for whatever reason such as ill-health etc., and in cases of any emergencies or problems. Thus; maintaining utmost transparency KDC requests you not disclose to the producers that the product information is for the benefit of KDC project by therefore keeping KDC name confidential during your initial progression to acquire the product data sheet. Please accept that due confidentiality; we cannot divulge any further information.

Having read and understood the full awareness of the significance of this critical stage and the guidelines set forth by KDC. We therefore demand your commitment to meeting all the necessary demands before sending the soft copy of the contract agreement.
