They stated they were working with Macy's store closures to reduce stock. I purchased a discounted skin care product for a nominal fee. Subsequently, my account was billed $97.21 for a product I haven't received. When I called to question the charge, they told me I agreed to a monthly supply - which I did not. I haven't received anything from this company subsequent to the original 4.95 purchase. Total scam -criminal enterprise. I am a stupid person for falling for this - and Macy's should also watch how this activity latches on to their ads. I've informed my bank that I did not authorize this charge and stop any future payments from these scam artists.
