Saw an ad for the anti-snoring device. Website stated 100% money back guaranteed. USA owned and operated, and ships from US warehouse. All lies. Product shipped from China. After 8 days, contacted for return/refund via email. They offered a 20% refund. After 3 more emails, 40% and keep the product, or 100% and ship back to China (at $21 via USPS).
Finally did a charge back with my credit card company. Run far and fast.

Saw an advertisement for a hoseless cpap machine, went directly to the website versus using the link in the ad. Reviews were great and listed as a USA owned and Operated company with the product made in the USA. When I received my tracking number, and tracked the package it was coming from China so questioned this and was told that the products are the same and they were out of the product in the USA factories however when received the merchandise it had an initial postage label (from China) that indicated product made in China and another USPS label was placed on top and mailed to me to portray that it is being sent from the USA. The label placed on top of the China postage label, was showing an address from Glendale Heights, IL 60139. I have disputed with the credit card company and hopefully that will be resolved and full refund provided.
