I cannot believe that how Google, PayPal, and Nest ( owned by Google) allow the US public be scammed by this fraudster.
My situation is no different than the posts here.

I wrote to Google and PayPal CEO's to alert them but to no avail.

I filed with the USPS Inspection General Office with no definitive result. I wrote to postmaster with no tangable result.

Like many, I shop on line. But unlike many I don't get taken by cloaked Chinese company misrepremting Google, PayPal and Nest to hack the market.

I ordered 3 Nest items on September 15th from Google specialty store 长春市吉尚通商贸有限公司.

Neither of us read Chinese. Yet Google allows such a beast to operate under specialty store.

I have spent numerous hours to find the status of my order. The seller never identifies itself, no English name, no email, nothing to find out the status.

I kept asking Paypal and finally after 3 weeks I got the mind boggling lip service email.

This is fraud and being perpetuated by Google, PayPal, and Nest. 3 weeks for the products to reach me?

As of today, according to China Air, it is still being tossed arround in China and no one gives any definitive indication.

I want to expose this scam and publish a review for all to see. Even here the company is so slippery that I can't find a legit location on the web.

I am letting you know of sever consequences that this bogus seller is causing under your umbrella fictiously operates.

I am totally dismayed. Three weeks into this and nothing is known about this legal and binding traction.

Hi so I for one have complained to PayPal about this seller before the shipment went out. At that time I noticed that there were many many complaints ahead of mine and PayPal was responding to them which makes them knowledgeable about the fraud being committed. Yet they were then and still are allowing this seller to use their service to rip people off and they're still allowing people to pay this conman knowing that it's fraudulent.

Doesn't that make PayPal liable as well?.i'm seriously thinking about starting a class action against them. Anybody in with that?

I received a an iphone 11 case with same packaging. We don't even own an iphone 11! Now trying to find out what was ordered that wasn't received!

It would have been ordered through PayPal so look for anything that has PayPal as payment. I ordered Google home. Or Google nest now.

My husband ordered several pairs of athletic shoes. It's absolutely ridiculous to believe that three pairs of size 14 men's basketball shoes -- as well as other items -- WILL BE DELIVERED "IN OR AT THE MAILBOX." The phone number listed is not a valid phone number. The company is not a valid company -- as shown on a shipping receipt from a personal name. KW32Chirs Chen is NOT an actual merchant. What your scammer does is create a shipment with a shipping and tracking number. However, he does not send the package -- he sends a pair of fake RayBan glasses to show that your "order" has been delivered. That way, he can refuse the refund request because it shows that the package arrived. Of course, a package DID arrive -- a pair of sunglasses that were not ordered. I had to do all of my own research, since Regions Bank originally dispelled the claim and said based on the tracking number, the "items were delivered." SOMETHING WAS DELIVERED - just not what we ordered!

Same as above-- arrived out of the blue without my having ordered them. In April I ordered some hiking boots that turned out to be a Chinese scam. They never arrived. I suspect the two events are related. I notice on the package that they have my cellphone number.

Today I received a package in the mail from China. It contained counterfeit RayBan sunglasses - that I had not ordered.

It was shipped to me in a black package with USPS tracking.
