I purchased a lightsaber for the amount of 441.50 from Kyber sabers on Dec 2nd. Received an email confirming they got my order with an order # and that i would get it within 15-20 days. After about 2 weeks and several unanswered emails I contacted PayPal and filed a claim. Through PayPal I did finally receive my money. But when I was looking into this company on Instagram it looks like there were multiple people in my same situation. I just don't want others to lose their money. These savers sell for hundreds of dollars.

Fortunately I paid through PayPal and I want to file a complaint and shut the complain down so nobody else has to experience what I did
