“In accordance with Chapter 186 of the Kentucky Revised Statutes , if full payment is not submitted by March 26, 2026, the following enforcement actions will be initiated:

1. Official violation recorded with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC)

2. Revocation of vehicle registration effective March 27, 2026

3. Suspension of driver's license for a minimum of 30 days

4. Referral of the outstanding debt to a collections agency, with an additional fee of up to 35%

5. Potential legal proceedings and adverse credit reporting
