We found 2 puppies on Facebook that we wanted to purchase and contacted the seller via Facebook Messenger on Nov 23, 2023. We negotiated a price and sent $350 for the first deposit on Dec 3, 2023, then $350 on Dec 7, 2023. The second deposit was for Genetic Testing. The PayPal account we first attempted to send it to was [email protected]. It didn't work so they gave me another account [email protected]. The transactions went through. The address we were to pick them up is 19445 US Hwy 19s, Walkersville, WV 26447. She wanted $100 extra sent to her for a Transfer of Ownership and $400 extra 2 climate-controlled crates. She kept messaging me to send more money. She wanted the money 2 days before we picked them up because she needed to give them booster shots for interstate travel. We were supposed to pick them up on Dec 10,2023 but she an excuse not to pick them up due to an emergency and wouldn't be there. She wouldn't rely to my phone calls. I still have all the correspondence.

Phone number her supposed husband (Wilter) called me from on 6 Dec 2023 is California (628) 232-0989.

Paypal info Alexis Torres on 1 Dec 2023 for $360.45 and 5 Dec 2023 for $360.45. The original Paypal was Wilter Makota at [email protected] This is the spelling given to me.
