I had the exact experience as one of the other complaints! Total SCAM! I got targeted ads on Instagram and Facebook and clothing had great reviews on their website. I placed an order with expedited shipping and it took a month to receive it. The clothing was awful! The items were not as shown or described horrible quality. I reached out to the company several times and received broken English responses stating “don’t worry” and “we’ll give 30% off next purchase”. Then they told me I have to ship back to china and it will cost me more than the item - so I better just keep it. Do NOT use this website.

I received an advertisement for an online clothing store through Facebook. The website, Kyledress.com, advertises fashion clothing with 'fast shipping' and '30 Days Return Warranty'. On 6/25/2020, I placed an order (order #8831281 for $97.04 - 3 items). Per my order emailed confirmation, estimated shipping time is 8-15 working days. One month later, on 7/25/2020, I finally received my shipment. The items delivered were nothing like the descriptions/images shown on the website. The material was cheap, different design, sizes not matching size chart, and had a foul smell to them. I immediately emailed customer service at [email protected] to initiate a return according to their return policy. I received an automated response apologizing for shipping delays and offering a 30% discount on my next order. On 7/29/2020, I sent another email asking again to process my return. I received a response from an email address that appeared to be from China. They encouraged me to keep the products or resell them and they will give me a discount on my next order. Or they will give me a refund but asked if it was ok for me to pay for shipping back to China. NO where on their website does it say anything about this company operating out of China or that the return shipping is back to China. (In fact, when you type the company name in Google it appears as "Kyledress US". There is no address or contact phone number listed - Appears to be a US company. There is NO indication anywhere on the website that this is a China based company or that the products would be shipping directly from China.). I responded that I will NOT pay shipping back to China when this was not communicated anywhere on their website otherwise, I would have never placed the order in the first place. The response I received was "we can refund $3 to you if you can keep this order,is that ok? because this order you need return to our china warehouse,it may cost a lot". My order totalled $97 but they are offering me $3? They provided the return shipping address to send the items back to China. I responded with a screen shot of their return policy directly from their website. I also included 2 website that I later found online reporting this company as a SCAM (https://www.scamdoc.com/view/208649; https://www.cyberbunkers.com/2020/04/kyledresscom-reviews-is-kyledresscom.html). And in the same email I let them know I would be reporting them to econsumer.gov as well as the FTC. I have yet to recieve a response and have now lost $97.04. I was also charged a separate charge on my debit card for $1.94. Both charges show up on my debit card as "Fashionqueen". I have made significant efforts to work this issue out with customer service directly, but they are unwilling to provide a fair resolution, which is against their return policy. I have documentation via website, email correspondence, and tracking information. Please contact me directly for documentation, questions, or further information.

I placed an order with expedited shipping and it took a month to receive it - and some items were missing. The items were not as shown or described, torn, and horrible quality. I reached out to the company several times and received broken English responses stating “don’t worry” and “we’ll give 30% off next purchase” without providing any kind of promo code. Further, I pushed several times for the missing items to request a refund and received a run around about them “pushing the carrier for updates” and additional “discount” excuses. Luckily, my credit card company refunded my money because they realize this is a scam. Do NOT use this website.
