I entered Kyliecosmetics on yahoo on my iPhone and I got routed to kyliecosmetics.shopping. I made my black Friday purchase not realizing that this was not the correct site because it looked identical to Kylie Cosmetics. I ordered two products and also payed with my credit card. I got charged for the item and never received it. My bank statement has a charge from ink needles but no one at the bank could help me with a phone number to contact them. I was told to google it. I realized that I didn't get a confirmation email from the Kylie website as usual, this is how I realized that the website that I was routed to was fake. If you try to go there now it says the account is suspended. I don't know how to get my money back and where else to complain. I am completely disgusted that someone would make a false website and scam people for their money.

I contacted Kylie Cosmetics and was told that this was not their site and they just offered an apology, therefore I know I was scammed.

This is a fake website selling "Kylie Cosmetics" I never received my order and when I started to look into it I discovered they were fake. The website is very convincing.

Their fraudulent website looks like the real Kylie cosmetics makeup. I placed an order with this website not knowing it was a fraudulent website. I found out because 2 weeks went by and I had not received my products. I then emailed Kylie Cosmetics and was told that is not an order number from their website. I then realized the other website was a scam. This dead website took $42 of my money and never received the product. I have filed a few complained but still waiting on a reply.

I placed an order for some lip kits and a highlighter and have received nothing from the company. By nothing I mean no products, no communication of any form, and no tracking information.

This company has continuously oversold things they dont have, they have no contact number. they use canned e-mail messages, they refuse to refund money and just keep selling. I have lost 500.00 as of now and they refuse to answer me. Please help me get my money back and stop this abuse of consumers
