It is at that point that I notified Orlando P.D., Kissimmee P.D.,., F.B.I., National Kennel Club (which they claimed membership) , Zelle (which I got no help from) and Cleveland, Tn. P.D. The Orlando P.D. did call me back and told me I was the 5th complaint on 'kymboewen' scam. I would luv to get these SOB's. Please contact me if I can help.
I came across a website that had puppies for sale based out of Orlando Florida. On 05/10 of this year I contacted this website through email. ([email protected]) I have attached a copy of all of the correspondents. In summation, it was agreed upon that a puppy by the name of Murphy would be shipped to us after the accused received a payment of $500 through zelle and $250 upon delivery. The delivery of the puppy would be free of charge. The contact information for Zelle is Harrison D McBride. Payment email [email protected]. I was told after they received confirmation of the payment, they would send a copy of the contract which is also attached. This contract was signed by both parties and states the above payment arrangements.
On 05/13 of this year I was notified that the puppy had not been shipped yet and their methods of shipment were rejected. I was given a website and tracking code for me to pay for shipping. The tracking code did not work but doing research on the website came to the findings of a payment of $1000 needed to ship the puppy. I contacted the accused back stating that shipping was to be free and that I was requesting a refund. I have not received any more correspondents from the accused.
While researching other websites and the accused it became clear the both were fraud websites. The shipping website and the address on the contract were both based out of Orlando FL. The steps in this scam, is to have a patron purchase the puppy with the intent of a free delivery then, due to some abnormality, have the patron pay an outrageous shipping price from another website that is linked to the original. I believe this is what has happened to us. I have reported both sites to Zelle, as well as the FBI internet crime division.
We have since purchased a new friend for Bella named Fred. They get along great together and love to play with one another. We paid cash for Fred as we will no longer be using official websites to purchase anything in the future. It is a sad world when people feel it is better and easier to scam people out of their hard-earned money then it is to find real work.

Later I got a call from Kym, telling me her husband said they needed more of a down payment, so I sent $500 and then $100 more.
Later that evening "Kym's" husband, who identified himself as Alek , said they needed full payment and send it by Zell to ** Oh, then he says the puppy is in middle trip and his flight because of inclement weather and he would need a $1000 more, which would be refunded when the exchange would be made. I checked flights and found no inclement weather anywhere in **. That ended our exchange, but with Kym still with my $600.
