Regarding the $282.00 charge on 2/18/21 to Kymia Arts: I followed up on 3/4/21, 3/9/21, 4/6/21 replying to the order email. No response to those. I also tried several times through their online email form (************************************** but this is defunct now) but don’t have record of those as it did not send me a copy. I do not have a phone for them. I contacted Discover, as I had used that card for this charge. They reversed the charge while they investigated but charged me again. When I complained to Discover, they said they would only permanently reverse the charge if Kymia had told me they were giving me my money back. But since there was no response, they would not do so. This not building my trust in Discover, and I will get rid of that card. When I looked online, it seems that there were several other people complaining that they did not get their product. This man in charge of Kymia Arts, Avery Hopkins, has disappeared.
