the entire EBB program is a scam as it is, and I still haven't been able to make anything useful from it, myself. My application expired because I decided to wait it out with this company, and that is really my bad...
“Cleo” is a genius name to go with…I mean... Inc, LLC, SP, etc…what ever. The details, people do not pay attention to details...the most of us that qualify for EBB searched for and found this, we are the exception...willing to put in the effort...I found a great offer that was too good to be true, as it turns out.
that having been said, most of his orders were probably just as arrogant as I, and we could probably bet he got an earful from each one of our egos. We are take ourselves too seriously, you see.
Until recently, he (Kyle Traxler) was actually well within the terms and conditions that we all agreed to when we entered into contract. Did I bother reading the entire T&Cs before purchasing, nope. I didn't. I read some…but not that last section that reserves the right to hold the order until product becomes available, in the instance of back-ordered inventory.

He has also been arrested for cocaine. He and two other people were arrested for stealing thousands of dollars worth of cell phones from a former employer. It makes me wonder if he is work for someone in Ohio who is in Telecom industry such as American broadband telecommunications which is also known as American assistance. He also had a previous scam called TB Broadband.
On one search I did I saw a link where he may have been linked to someone who was a medical surgical assistant in Columbus ohio. I'm not certain. Sometimes searches can be accurate or crossed up for some reason. He may also be related to someone who had a carpet service in Columbus ohio. But this is not verified info that I searched.
But the guy also had a company called pug squared dog food, supposedly.
He is smart about scamming people because he also slander the name of Cleo communications which was a legitimate company with a good reputation. They were in Rockford illinois. He did that because he knew the other companies also used the parent company's name. American assistance use the parent company's name of American broadband telecommunications. They are from Toledo ohio. And the company team Midwest uses the parent company's name MEC utilities.
TO THE PEOPLE WHO GOT RIPPED OFF BY HIM GO GET THIS [censored]. CONTACT THE OHIO COURT SYSTEM. LOOK HIM UP ON THE OHIO MY CASE COURT SYSTEM. OHIO LIKE MOST STATES HAS A FREE ACCESS TO RECORDS OF A COURT SYSTEM.
YOU CAN CONTACT THAT COUNTY THAT HE LIVES IN BECAUSE THAT'S PROBABLY WHERE HE COMMITTED THE CRIME AND THAT'S PROBABLY WHO WILL PROSECUTE HIM.

there are several persons throughout the nation with the same name/spelling. states of residence in Ohio, Pennsylvania and I think Ohio has more than one. i do not think the cocaine charges were this man.

he used to provide mobile broadband services but that went south quickly, and I am sure he knew what he was doing...he could do this from that apartment in Findlay...he was providing Hotspot internet services as an MVNO...
he may have simply gotten in over his head, who knows...maybe a divorce, or other turmoil that led his good will down a broken path of good intentions, we know that the road to Hell was paved by brick and motor of good intentions...

Also the names you mentioned are legally owned by their business owners. Before one posts their BS and lies online you should. If anyone is a dirt bag it is you. Your time will come and you will answer to the courts and your pocket will be drained.

Several times during this waiting period I requested a confirmation of order#, a receipt for items purchased through Paypal in the amount of $94.99 (I do have my Paypal receipt); and inquired if I would receive a tracking# when items shipped. kyty.xyz repeatedly responded only with the processing time parameters.
I waited until the 19 business days expired and inquired about my missing order, but received no response, so I filed reports with Paypal, FCC, & FTC. After kyty received notice from FCC regarding the complaint report, I received an email from kyty threatening to file charges against me. All I can say is - good luck with that! kyty.xyz is definitely an iternet scam, and the more people willing to file report complaints the sooner we can get them removed from the provider list at FCC. gov & USAC.org.

Several people have complained on the better Business bureau site, and in reddit, and on twitter, and in other forms. There are people saying that this company used to be called TB Wireless or TV communications, or BT Wireless or BT communications. They are saying it as a blade and ripoff who pulled up steaks after they take money from people. And their current address is listed as having the gun in March and that is kind of shady in itself..

KYTY.XYZ which also calls himself kyty communications. They also call themselves Cleo Communications which I believe is a blatant lie and they are using an established companies name and slandering it.
They are also listed as a company who was called puggusquared.
They're supposedly listed in Columbus Ohio and the address they give shows they have been their only for a few months. It also lists other companies at the exact same suite address. I know it's a building with many offices but the exact same address has other companies listed there also.
This number shows different things just like the address.

Here is a company who they are calling themselves they called themselves kyty.xyz they also call themselves Cleo Communications. There are no available pictures of any other workshops or people there are no ties which are clear even if Facebook there is no picture of anyone doing anything or nothing clear you would see in a legitimate company.
There are many people who are having their evb vouchers taken. Even if this company were legit and it was legitimately swamped because they misjudged then they are cheating people out of time they could be connected to the internet yet this company is getting paid to give them internet service and the company is getting paid $50 a month for that. Plus the company kyty is getting paid $100 for each customer who orders a tablet or a used computer.
