A pure scam. Avoid this fraudulent company.
airbnb also allows them on their platform, and does nothing to rectify the situation. As bad of an experience as we have ever had.

I arrived for my reservation on March 5 and he immediately became aggressive when I said my code to get in was not working like the email stated. He cancelled my reservation last minute simply because my arrival was 30 minutes prior to his 4:00 pm check in. And had me escorted off the premises, with no other options for accommodations for 6 people. After doing more research, I noticed that the property I rented was still available on Airbnb and Vrbo for the weekends I had secured, for double the price. Even though his properties are listed on his website L2BNB.com for disproportionately less. I researched his yelp page and found 50+ similar allegations of fraud and scams. Most of them were kicked out during their stay for simply complaining that the toilet did not work, or something extremely minor. The next morning, he continued to send me harassing and aggressive messages on social media. (mr_l2bnb) When I claimed he scammed me, he offered to give me a different stay for free during the week when no one is renting. He cursed at me several times, in text and on the phone. And he harassed me over phone calls and text messages cursing at me. While he did provide a refund, he did not offer to pay for any of the damages caused by his negligence. (Cancellation fees from change in flights, the cost of the hotel I had to rent since I was no longer at home and could not catch a flight, etc.).
