The rental car business charges clients things they did not do or order from them. Clients have complained about filling up gas tank and still being charged gas fee. Client also has complained about faulty car batteries where car doesn't start, and yet the company blames cliemts for the faulty car mechanical erroe and bills cliemts for such things.
