Facebook add offering free trial of eye cream. I got the product, then a few months later got a renewal shipment & my catd was charged $90! I called to cancel it & get refund. They said i had to send product back at my own cost, get a tracking number from USPS and then contact them again for a refund. I did all this, got canceled confirmation, etc. Then this week, another product arrives & gets changed to my card! I call & they promise to cancel my card for real this time. Give me same song & dance about me having to send it back again, etc. I demand to speak to supervisor, wait on hold 35 minutes & then they disconnected me!
