I was contacted by @its.marleecataleya, "band manager" for La Venne (yes, the word "brand" was spelled incorrectly in her bio) by Instagram DM. I was told that I was a perfect fit for their ambassador program, in which I would receive their items monthly for free after paying a one-time shipping fee. I placed the order, and over a month later, still have not received a shipping update. I was charged a shipping fee yet again for their "VIP Ambassador Program - March Edition," which I did not consent to purchasing. I was clearly told by Ms. Cataleya that shipping would be covered every month after my initial payment, but that was clearly not the case. I tried to contact their customer support through Facebook Messenger and Instagram DM, as their phone number is missing on their website. I also messaged Ms. Cataleya again, called the number linked on their Instagram page, and emailed the email linked there. I noticed that it was weird the area code for the number was 213, a Los Angeles area code, but it's a company based in France. Throughout all these channels, I have not received a single response from absolutely anyone, and by the looks of it, I don't expect one either.

This is one of those companies that have you sign up to be an “ambassitor” and you get free products each month and all you have to do is post pictures with there product “jewelry” you don’t have to pay for the jewelry and all you have to pay for was the shipping. I paid shipping (I have the bank statement) I never received any package and everytime I spoke to someone they just said they were working on it. I never received a shipping number all I have are the messages from instagram asking for a refund multiple times but somehow they just didn’t understand I wanted my money back. Never recieced a refund for the shipping or my product. I reported them to instagram but after that I believe they blocked me
