It was false advertising as well as false pretenses; they said they could help with a down payment no matter the credit score they tired to sell me a vehicle that wasn’t even available nor in the same city they told me to give them $500 to hold the vehicle & that would be towards my down payment then they would allow me a balloon payment for the rest I don’t sign anything but I do have texts as well as an email stating I’d get the vehicle upon my retrieval of the vehicle I was on my way to the location then the employee at the last minute let me know that the vehicle I was suppose to get wasn’t available still but they had another vehicle I was welcomed to test drive it and see if I was interested so I arrive at the location not only does it look nothing like a dealership it was no one there it looked like a treehouse finally someone shows up but had me waiting for 30 plus minutes so I get to test drive the vehicle I was interested then the employee told me to get insurance for the vehicle then I was good to go I was at the location for 4 hours or so it was also a Sunday so when the employee got a hold of a bank he wasn’t happy with the figure they were giving him so then with aggressive manner told me that I’d have to give 2500 more in a down payment right then & there or get a co signer or choose another vehicle that had extremely high mileage as well as was a downgrade as well as was no interest to me or I could wait till Monday which was the following day for them to get a hold of more banks & the vehicle would be Delivered to my place of employment no later than 8:45pm ! So I had the employee right me a signed letter stating all this on the company’s letter head. Monday comes I call to inquiry about the timing of when the vehicle should be available & the employee once again either agitated or bothered by me said that they were working on the deal with the bank and that they would call me in 20 mins so an hour or so went by & I called them & he then stated don’t you think if I had the deal I’d call you. I was then stating that he hasn’t been keeping his word so I had no choice to follow up. Then an hour or so goes by I then call again but this time no answer instead an unprofessional text that said look I’m with a customer you’re going to get the vehicle at 8:00pm so like hold on then I said would it be better for me to just come pick it up because if it has all the documentation it needs I should be able to get it ! I also was told to get insurance on the car the day prior to which I did & I paid $200 for but I still didn’t have the vehicle in my possession so I then decided to contact the manager & explain to her how unprofessional her employee was as well as his communication & customer service skills were as well as I did everything on my end but they didn’t fulfill theirs so then she was like let her look in on a few things & I said ok they had until 4pm or I’d just want a complete full refund . So then I get a call from the employee that stated I couldn’t get either car I was told as well as promised unless I give them more money even though from the beginning I told them I had to do a balloon payment to which they agreed despite my credit & credit report. They then tried to offer me 3 car that I want even interested in & also went good cars & also had high mileage && I told them from the beginning I wouldn’t be interested in any vehicle with nothing over 40000 miles then they told me jut see if I can come up within more money or get a co signer I then told them if I had either of the two I’d be @ a bigger & better dealership like Honda Toyota or things in that nature then told me nobody was going to give me a vehicle let alone work out a deal like they had but in all actuality they never did have a guaranteed deal like I was told & shown because I never got either of the cars like they said & promised as well as I ended up having to cancel the insurance to which I never Gould have gotten because they new they weren’t going to give me the car because they were being money hungry & trying to take advantage of me now I’m having trouble getting the refund back for the insurance & never have I ever heard of paying for insurance before you get a vehicle in your possession as well as putting down money on a car you never seen in person nor test drove as well as tried to be sold any car just to get a sale they basically wasted my time & lied & strung me along I have all the messages between us but I can’t upload them all it will only allow one
