I placed a order on 12/5/23 and never received my melting spray. I never received a confirmation email. I emailed customer service and Kelly responded one time stating it was a issue with customs on 1/28/24. I asked for a refund and haven't heard anything since and the website is no longer working. At this point Im gonna dispute it.
