Official looking mail sent to my LLC business, from First Class Presorted US Postage Paid Miami FL Permit 4671. Under the presorted stamp info, says "Electronic Service Requested, Non-Government Agency" Return address listed: Entity Assistance Services PO Box 924328 Princeton FL 33092-9800. Underneath return address in large bold letters "BUSINESS MAIL - TIME SENSITIVE" At the lower right in a box on the outside front of envelope says IN ALL CAPS, " WARNING, $2,000 FINE, 5 YEARS IMPRISONMENT OR BOTH FOR ANY PERSON INTERFERING OR OBSTRUCTING WITH DELIVERY OF THIS LETTER US MAIL TTT.18SEC 1702 U.S. CODE. THIS IS NOT A GOVERNMENT DOCUMENT."
