We have received three of these Labor Poster scam letters in the last month requesting between $94. and $78.42 to provide labor posters that the state/federal governments will supply for free. It comes without a contact phone number, or website. The letter seems to be preying on newly established businesses. The letter comes from North Miami, Florida claiming to provide labor posters for a business in Oregon, then states: "FLCD is a non-government agency and is not affiliated with the state of NC (North Carolina). This is a voluntary request form."
