I ordered signs from this company online and it looks like a legitimate company. I received an order confirmation email and that was it, I never received a tracking number for my items. I tried calling the phone number on the website to get answers about my order and out of the 10 (give or take) calls I made over the course of a week and a half, nobody ever answered the phone or called me back. The website also has a live chat feature and I did get an initial response on that, but the status of my order only changed to "processing complete" and nothing more. I also sent multiple emails regarding my order using the "contact us" feature, but never heard anything from that either. It's been over 2 weeks and I have not heard anything about my order, talked to someone regarding my order, or received shipping updates about my order
