I ordered leather sandals from Lacceti.com. After 17 days I received a package from China containing faux leather sandals and mismatched buckle ends - the buckles do not buckle. Reached out via email to [email protected] and they claim that is how they are made!

Product delivered from Lacceti.com, a cashmere sweater, was NOT cashmere and the color was not accurate. Attempts to contact for return were unsuccessful

I purchased a pair of tennis shoes from lacceti.com, however, only one shoe was delivered. The shoe that was delivered was similar to the one on the website but not the same. I have emailed customer service at [email protected] but the have been unresponsive and the phone number listed on the website states it is temporarily unavailable. I lost $69.93 on this order.
