They promoted customized lingerie on social media and advertised their website. The website looked legitimate, so I purchased it through there, and provided my debit card info, home address for shipping, and was sent an email that my order had shipped. 25 days passed and I received an email from them about the overwhelming amount of orders received and that my order was taking longer than expected. One month had passed and still no order received. So I followed up on their email and received no reply. As I went back to their website, everything was deleted without a trace. My tracking number was invalid and had no way to view my previous order.

Ordered a custom pair of underwear on October 6. Never received an email but I did get tracking information via text. On the 12th it said INFO RECEIVED and the package was processed by shipper, but it never updated past that and I never received the item. Now the link via text says the checkout page is no longer available or has been deleted so I have no tracking information. It was a custom item so I expected it to take a couple weeks but it was a month and now my order can't be tracked. I did try to contact them 3 times via their website as I never got any emails from them but I haven't heard anything in return.

Made a purchase via instagram store on Oct 7th. Got an order confirmation email same day. Received a shipment notice on Oct 14th with a fake tracking number. Never received item and it is November 15th.

Advertised custom clothes. Ordered and received confirmation email and even an email from the store “owner” thanking me for my purchase. Received another email saying shipping was backed up after I reached out about order status. This was almost 2 weeks ago

Saw ad on Instagram for said product, clicked link to website completed info for order. It has been over a month since I've received any correspondence pertaining the item. No shipping notification. Recieved confirmation with tracking number but it states info received and no other updates. I've tried reaching out to the business through online contact form three times and email twice but no answer.

I ordered underwear after finding a store via instagram that looked legitimate and had social media presence. Then after ordering it took 3weeks to get a tracking number. The tracking number doesn’t work. And the website has been wiped of all product and contact emails have been deleted.

I found Laces on Instagram. I placed an order with Laces on September 15. Laces said my item would be shipped in 9-12 days, with a buffer of 2-3 days for the customization of the item. On September 22, I got a notification that a shipping label had been created for my item. On October 9, my item still had not arrived and the order status had not changed, so I sent an inquiry email to check the status. I promptly recieved an email back letting me know I needed to wait another 6-10 days and my item would arrive. I waited the 6-10 days, item still is not here. I tried to send a second email to ask what had happened, and they have blocked my email. I believe their site is a scam and that they've stolen from me with no intention of sending me the product I've paid for. They operate via the Shop app in addition to promoting their website on Instagram.
