I received an email stating, "Thank you for believing in us. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we would like to inform you that the GS-Tech 24 that was supposed to renew automatically today was charged to you at $252.89." Then there was an order overview with a user ID, a product key, an order ID, and a "tenure" with weird kerning. Finally, there was an amount portion with a transaction ID and mode of payment listed as "Online." The email stated that my account would be debited of the full amount within 24 to 48 hours and that I should call if I needed to cancel the plan. The phone number was copy/pasted below.
