This purchase was made after seeing a facebook ad. The order was placed on 11/10/22 and the product was not received until 1/13/23. I am not satisfied with the quality of it and contacted them to ask how to return the item and obtain a refund. They have replied that it would be very expensive to ship the item back to China and offered me to keep the item and obtain a $5 compensation. I paid $80 so this is not acceptable.

the website looked legitimate and the product looked good. however the coat was never received, there was a tracking number but not through the usual companies, it said it was coming from Europe. I contacted them through email multiple times and got "please be patient". then tried to find a phone number and there wasn't one. I was able to get my credit card company to refund the money. the total amount was $64.98
