I purchased a prom dress with standard shipping on 3.31.23. They promised delivery in 10-12 days after the order shipped. I ordered a second dress with expedited shipping (7-10 days shipping) on 4.9.23 thinking the initial dress would not arrive in time. I was confident I could return the dress after reading the 14 day return policy. The expedited dress arrived on 4.21.23 and the standard shipping dress arrived on 4.24.23. What was received was not was pictured on the website. It was a cheap counterfeit with half the inner lining of the dress missing. I was dissatisfied with the dress so I made attempts to return it. I sent two emails in the past four days requesting information on how start the return process for a refund. No one has responded to my emails. I just learned about this scam and now I am out $154 and have to cancel my credit card to avoid being scammed further. Unfortunately, I am unable to upload the pictures of what I thought I was ordering and what I actually received. What a disappointing and an expensive learning experience.
